No parties or events This is a celebration-friendly home, but no large parties or events. Our neighborhood is quiet, so please keep noise to a respectful level.

Minimum rental age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
Nightly Rate Based on standard occupancy. Additional guest fees may apply for groups that exceed the standard occupancy, up to the maximum occupancy limit.
Guest list required For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. Only registered guests are allowed.
Sign the rental agreement Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
️ Parking Street parking is not allowed. The property accommodates 4 cars in the driveway and 1 car in the garage.
❌ Weapons No weapons are allowed on the property.

First Pet
$175 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
$75 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period
Second Pet
$125 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)

Cats: A $500 security deposit is required, refundable after check-out once the property has been inspected and confirmed to have no damages caused by the cat.
RESTRICTED BREED POLICY
Due to insurance requirements, certain dog breeds are restricted. However, guests traveling with a restricted breed may still be able to bring their pet by obtaining temporary pet liability insurance covering the dates of their stay.
The policy must:
Cover the entire duration of the reservation
Provide liability coverage for the pet
List STR Management Solutions, LLC as Additional Insured
A copy of the policy must be submitted prior to check-in.
