The living room includes a pull-out queen sofa bed, 42-inch TV complete with a DVD player, a Cinema sound system, Sony PlayStation 3, and cable. Also included in this condo is a fully serviceable kitchen which is well equipped with the latest appliances and countertops made from granite. The dining room is separate and includes an appealing dining table complete with seating for 6. Any guest staying here will enjoy a visit full of luxury and comfort.

There are glass sliding doors that bring you out to your own terrace balcony with a table and enough seating for 4, the perfect place to enjoy breakfast and evening drinks. The patio area has 2 sun loungers for your use.

The master en-suite bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a pillow-top mattress, a 32-inch cable TV with a DVD player, a huge walk-in closet, an electronic safe, and a spacious en-suite bathroom that has dual sinks, a bathtub, and a large walk-in separate shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed with a pillow-top mattress, a 27-inch cable TV with a DVD player. It is also host to a large closet and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 full beds, a 27-inch cable TV with a DVD player. There is also a large closet and an adjoining family bathroom available.

This condo is just half a mile away from the main pool in the resort located at Seven Eagles. The Seven Eagles pool is the most popular within the resort and boasts two relaxing Jacuzzis with plenty of poolside seating. Terms And Conditions:

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
