Located in Prominence South along Scenic Highway 30A, Sea-Renity is a spacious four-bedroom home built for multi-generational getaways and responsible adult groups who want comfort, privacy, and a smooth arrival from start to finish.

Coffee on the porch, a quick ride to explore the area, and sunset strolls to dining and entertainment just across the street this is the kind of stay that feels easy from day one.

Community policy: Prominence neighborhood curfew (2026)

To support a safe, family-friendly environment, Prominence enforces an age-appropriate curfew during select peak periods, consistent with neighboring 30A communities.

Guests 18 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian after 9:00 PM while on Prominence property during designated curfew periods
Families are encouraged to enjoy the area together, whether visiting nearby beaches or The Big Chill

Dog-friendly guidelines (approval required)

This home welcomes up to two small, well-behaved indoor dogs under thirty pounds, with pre-approval.

Required:
Pre-approval is required before bringing dogs
$125 taxable, non-refundable dog fee per reservation
Dogs must be at least 1 year old and fully house-trained
Vaccination records must be provided upon request
Dogs must be crated if left alone in the home
Guest responsibilities:
Dogs must be leashed outdoors and in common areas
No dogs on beds, furniture, or countertops
Dog waste must be promptly cleaned and disposed of in designated pet stations
Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is prohibited
Guests must remove dog hair and dander before checkout
Prohibited:
No dogs in community pools, fitness centers, or pool enclosures per HOA rules
No dogs on Walton County beaches, including emotional support animals
No other animals of any kind are permitted
Liability fees:
Guests are responsible for all dog-related damage, odors, or extra cleaning
Minimum cleaning fee equal to the standard cleaning fee will apply to dog-related violations
Unauthorized dogs or undisclosed animals will result in a $500 violation fee and may result in immediate eviction without refund

Golf cart usage agreement (documentation required)

Documentation required before keys are released:
Driver s license (front and back)
Proof of personal auto insurance (front and back)
Failure to provide documentation will result in keys being withheld
Driver requirements:
Driver must be 21+ with a valid license
Only registered guests may operate the golf cart
Guests must comply with Florida traffic laws and HOA regulations
Operation restrictions:
Operate only on roads with posted speed limits of 35 MPH or less
Not permitted on U.S. Highway 98, sidewalks, bike paths, trails, beaches, or pedestrian-only areas
Must not exceed seating capacity (six passengers maximum)
Parking charging:
Charge overnight using the provided equipment in the garage
Return the golf cart to the garage each evening and keep it locked when not in use
Liability fees:
Guest assumes responsibility for citations, violations, fines, damage, accidents, or injuries
Lost or stolen golf cart key: $500 replacement fee plus shipping
Failure to comply may result in revocation of golf cart privileges

Arrival, access, and local support

First, you will receive a confirmation email welcoming you to Coastline and guiding you to complete the rental agreement.
Next, you will receive your personalized arrival details once the agreement is completed. These include your access instructions, parking information, and any property or community notes for your stay.
Then, on the day of your arrival, our concierge team will reach out to welcome you to the area and answer any last-minute questions.
Finally, you will enjoy self-check-in using your unique smart lock code, which is created specifically for your reservation.

At Coastline, your experience matters. From your first click to your final moments on the coast, we strive to create a simple, ease-filled, and enjoyable stay that stays with you long after you leave.

Cell service in Prominence can be limited. We strongly recommend taking screenshots of your arrival details and access instructions before you travel, as they may not load once you are on-site.

Important notes, policies, and protections

Booking Requirements

Primary reservation holder must be 25+ with ID verification.
A signed rental agreement is required to finalize the booking.
Arrival details and access instructions are provided after the agreement is completed.

Seasonal and Extended Stays (Snowbirds)

Select homes offer extended stays from November through February when available.
To preview monthly pricing, search using a first-of-the-month arrival and departure date.
Stays over 30 days incur a $150 additional cleaning fee.
Stays over 60 days incur a $275 additional cleaning fee.
Fees apply to reservations made on or after July 25, 2025 and are added after booking.

Damages, Liability, and Security

Coastline Condos reserves the right to recover uncovered guest-caused losses and damages, including undue cleaning, eviction, service calls/charges, fines/assessments, and repairs or replacements, plus applicable taxes.
A minimum charge equal to the cleaning fee will apply to any damage, smoking/vaping/marijuana, or dog-related violation, with additional amounts assessed as necessary.
Guest must promptly report any damage, malfunction, leak, or safety issue. Failure to report may increase responsibility for related costs.
Certain properties may include exterior cameras or safety devices for security and compliance. No interior spaces are monitored. Tampering with any safety/security equipment may result in a minimum $150 fee.
